Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with hospitality clients.Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.Support clients with their account needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to address any client issues or concerns.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Qualifications:Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills are preferred.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Friday: 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
