Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in the German market.Identify client needs and provide strategic marketing solutions to meet business objectives.Advise on marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and online performance optimization.Upsell and cross-sell marketing and advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless implementation of sales and marketing strategies.Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities in the German market.Build long-term relationships with clients by offering consultative support and maintaining high levels of service. Requirements: Language: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).Experience:At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting roles.Background in B2B environments is a strong advantage.Skills:Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
