Join their rapidly growing and international Digital Hub in Madrid to become part of their digitalization journey by supporting their Global Product team.Your Responsibilities:Become a part of the international team that acts at the interface between Informational Technology (IT) and Operation Technology (OT)Lead the development of complex end-to-end wireless technology solutionsCollaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, project managers, engineers and internal business partnersAssess existing IT/OT network infrastructure and new network requirementsCreate project-specific documents outlining proposed architecture, as well as conduct testing and validation of network implementationsWork with operations teams to resolve wireless network issuesIntroduce innovative approaches and new technologies to the teamYour Profile:Academic Degree with a focus on Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications10+ years of experience in wireless network architecture design, ideally with a focus on IT and OT integrationStrong technical background including experience with WiFi, 4G-LTE, 5G and IoT as well as strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls and securityExperience in bridging the gap between IT and OT, ideally with vendors such as Cisco, PaloAlto, CheckPoint, and global integratorsHighly motivated to drive innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAdvantageous: project management tools knowledge, agile mindset with a desire to learnAdvantageous: knowledge in Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Cloud NetworksAdvantageous: certifications in the field (e.G.
