Windows Support EngineerThe Windows Server and Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Windows server and desktop environments, leveraging automated support and monitoring tools to enhance efficiency.
This role also involves the management of Active Directory that is used for remote device management and Windows imaging tools.Key Responsibilities:Assist the support team as third-level support for Windows desktop environments, including hardware and software troubleshooting.Tech stack - New Relic, Automox, and Zabbix.Utilise automated support and monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching of devices.Assist with the setup and support of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, scales, etc.
).Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.Utilise Windows imaging tools to deploy and manage desktop images.Creation and management of master Windows (11 and IoT) images.Deployment of images to supported devices.Reporting on device health.#J-18808-Ljbffr
