Position: Responsible for creating the windows concept design, being creative, innovative, and aligned with the brand NDA.- Define a complete brief of the window concept to share with the architecture director and the markets.- Support market teams with windows and pop-ups design layouts and build management.- Plan windows mock-ups aligned with the calendar, VM team, and collections.- Develop materials sample sets to share with different market vendors.- Supervise and validate the sets from them to guarantee concept and quality consistency at our windows worldwide.- Communicate and discuss with suppliers for the markets EMEA and USA the windows concepts and manage the development and local production for windows and pop-ups.- Define a calendar with the development process of each window and pop-up to guarantee the correct installation deadline and high-quality standards.- Manage the pop-up stores design worldwide and the construction process. This includes communication with the mall responsible and wholesale clients, managing site surveys, supervising the production process, and leading the construction works and de-rig.Profile:- Minimum of 6 years' experience working as an architect, interior designer, or related to ephemeral architecture, expositions, or scenography design. Current role as a designer project manager.- Success relies on creativity, ability to solve space design, drawing layouts, and preparing presentations.- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.- Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams demonstrating management and leadership skills.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
