Windows & Active Directory Systems Administrator - 6 Month Rolling Contract - Remote This Windows & Active Directory Systems Administrator position starts with an initial 6-month contract, however multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential. Single stage MS Teams interviews for the position are scheduled for December.
Requirements:Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems within an enterprise-server environment.Maintain best practices and procedures for patch management, virus management, and operating systems upgrades.Active Directory Management, including managing and troubleshooting GPO's, DNS, and DHCP.Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot system errors and client system issues.Define and implement security best practices and hardening of the Windows Server and related technologies.Perform other duties as required.About You:6 years of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager.Experience deploying, integrating, configuring, and securing Microsoft Windows Servers in an Active Directory environment.Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, or an equivalent tool, to centrally manage servers in an enterprise environment.High level knowledge of Active Directory and group policy objects (GPO).Ability to provide Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment support.Are you looking for a new role within the Microsoft environment where you can work remotely or in the European sunshine?
