Knowledge of a configuration management solution such as SCCMKnowledge of monitoring tools such as SCOMGood understanding of Directory Services components, such as Active Directory, GPO, FSMO roles, DNS, and DHCPProvide Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment supportHave a deep problem-solving background with accompanying troubleshooting skillsBe able to work independently as well as collectively within a teamBe able to apply critical thinking techniquesBe able to effectively communicate with customers and other team members, both orally and in writingBe able to quickly adapt to new situations and a willingness to learn new technologiesLanguages: English – Advanced Level
