With us, you'll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.But there's more work to be done – that's why we need you to join us.Job Description As a Wind Site Manager, you will be part of our Project Delivery Unit Iberia and will play a crucial role in ensuring coordination, management, and site supervision of all works during the construction of our Wind Park Montes de Cierzo.The Wind Site Manager oversees and manages all site-based construction activities in an efficient, safe, and timely manner without causing delay, and has the authority and duty to stop any activities that they consider unsafe or hazardous to personnel, the environment, or assets.As a Wind Site Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities are:Reporting to the Construction Manager on a direct basisRecording and reporting on site construction activities to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, including the production of a daily log and brief weekly reports to be issued including any key safety issuesEnsuring construction methods conform to industry standards and good industry practiceCoordinating with the HSSE-Site representative on site safety inspections and attending any audits undertaken by StatkraftCoordinating the interface activities between all parties at Site including all Project Contractors, subcontractors, and third partiesLiaising with stakeholders at local level such as landowners and community councils, including attending meetings when requestedCoordinating with Environmental / CSR-Site representative regarding communication with local residents and ensuring that local residents are kept up to date with any critical construction activitiesQualifications Degree qualified with appropriate health and safety qualificationsMinimum of 10 years' experience, of which at least 5 years should have been spent in constructionPrevious experience in wind projects is mandatory; experience in solar projects is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and EnglishProactive and solution-oriented with attention to detailTeam player and self-motivated to take responsibility for independent workStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively support and work well with people from different disciplinesAdditional Information We have 125 years of unrivalled expertise in creating the technologies that put ecosystems, communities, and our environment first.
