MISSION:Develop and improve the wind tool, give support during the tendering phase. Support in the wind analysis, develop technical evaluation of the wind tool risk during execution of the project.TASKS:Analyze and understand site specific wind and climate.Analyze constraints for every specific site, and support the tendering team during wind risks analysis to get the best one considering the project constraints (hub height, rotor diameter, major component wind speed limit).Align with the engineering department to understand and define properly the right parameters.Calculate the wind impact on site during project execution outcomes and compare with the ones obtained with the wind tool.Combine technical requirements and practical limitations to get the best wind risk performance.Identify risks and opportunities to improve the wind tool.Get wind analysis from different sites and compare with the wind tool.Implement and support corporate processes and tools and develop locally required processes/tools with different regions.Report achievements, risks, and challenges on a regular basis.Occasionally travel within the country and abroad as part of the job.Availability to be allocated in Madrid or Tajonar (Navarra).PROFILE:Education: Bachelor's in Technical Engineering/Meteorology degree or equivalent. Profiles without such education could be considered if they prove experience (3 years).Skills: Microsoft package and experience using wind tools. Competence in wind flow modelling and in using relevant software such as WindPro, WAsP or other comparable software. Experience with CFD codes.Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position/job. Experience in crane and transport in wind energy, crane operations planning.Languages: High English level, German is a plus.Attributes: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets. Communication skills, proactivity, and assertiveness. Ability to work with multicultural teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
