We're seeking an experienced Java Senior Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning Prod Platform Team in Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante or Milan (hybrid) to drive the development of our Machine Learning platform.
Our mission is to develop and run the platform and infrastructure to operate our ML models.
We work in close collaboration with our Data Scientists team, and help them to run the ML predictions in the production environment.
We also build and run all the tools that an online ML platform needs (i.e.
data tracking, feature store).

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks: As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.Work with innovative technologies including Java17, BigData (Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, Big Query, BigTable, Redis, Neo4j), machine learning, and Datamesh in a continuous delivery and cloud-based environment (Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP).Everything is supported by a high-quality monitoring process with Sonarqube and Datadog.Challenge the status quo, bring new ideas to the table, and influence how we address our customers, build our product, and work. What you need to succeed: You have meaningful experience being in a senior engineer role driving technical work for other engineers.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and understand how to apply them.Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives.Deliver strategic technical improvements.Improve code structure and architecture, ensuring testability and maintainability, identifying opportunities for technical investments.Successfully deliver projects with high complexity, involving multiple stakeholders, monitoring and mitigating timeline risks.Effectively give and receive feedback, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring other team members.Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders, and establish alignment within the broader organization.Enjoy collaborating and sharing your skills and knowledge with others.Good English level that will allow you to work in a multicultural environment.
