American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) Spain is looking for a Communications Associate. In this broad role, you will be looking after internal communications but also client-facing materials, PR, and social media management. As a fluent English speaker, you will also translate and adapt global messages to the local market.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the definition of the local strategic PR communication plan aligned with the local team and global strategy of the company.Manage the relationships with the local communication agency and other external partners.Write press releases, communications, as well as press dossiers and press clipping.Translate global press releases from English to Spanish and adapt the language to the local market.Manage the daily external (e.g., Travel Alerts) and internal communication.Support the management of the generic mailbox of the local comm area.Provide support on the organisation of local corporate events.Key Qualifications5 years' experience in a similar role.Excellent content creation, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience in digital marketing.Fluent English.Knowledge of design software.Social media management experience.Accustomed to working against deadlines and targets, and result-oriented.Location: Spain - Madrid
