Wi900 - Project Manager, Change Delivery

**Project Manager, Change Delivery Responsibilities**:- Project manage multiple small to medium scale projects from scoping through to implementation and roll out.- Advocate for our Vendor Partners with internal teams (such as Process, Policy, Quality, Training and Engineering) to enable vendor operations that help improve our community experience and support.- Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects.- Translate business requirements into implementation plans, furthering our mission of protecting and supporting our Facebook community.- Play an active role by contributing to improving policies, product,process and support system solutions.- Partner with a variety of operations team to identify the highest impact opportunities such as tooling or operational gaps, and manage initiatives to build new solutions or transform existing processes.- Ability for minimum 10% international travel.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience- Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently through to implementation in an operational environment- 2+ years Project Management experience, with knowledge in process management- Experience communicating to a variety of audiences- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with mínimal guidance**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies, e.G.
