WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate Visual Designer at BCG, your role is to transform strategic insights developed by our consultants into clear and engaging visual formats.
You will: Collaborate with consulting teams to capture and convert complex business strategies into compelling visual presentations and strategic illustrations that enhance understanding and engagement.
Design creative solutions, applying innovative design principles to develop branding and creative concepts, both as an individual contributor and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Craft impactful visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, corporate communications, and strategic illustrations, ensuring all designs align with the project's strategic goals.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Driving Visual Storytelling: You excel in transforming strategic insights into compelling visual stories, effectively communicating complex ideas across mediums such as digital ads, branding, and corporate communications.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in visual design in an agency, corporate, tech company or consultancy setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles.
Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and are familiar with other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Miro, and Figma.
Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects is a plus.
Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in English.
Additional language skills are a plus, reflecting our global working environment.
Strong Portfolio: You have a portfolio that showcases a wide range of design disciplines, including digital advertisements, branding projects, and strategic illustrations, demonstrating your ability to think creatively and execute visually compelling designs.
Global Perspective: Experience working in or with global teams is highly desirable, as it shows your ability to navigate and succeed in a diverse working environment.
