This is what you see yourself doing?You will be in direct contact with our Spanish customers and assist them with all their questions regarding the use of our software.You build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications.You create a relationship of trust with your client contacts.You answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools.You advise your customers on how to optimize their Protime environment.You develop an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, delivering leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of our customer portfolio, etc.)Together, you take a critical look at the processes and take steps to optimize our customer service. You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues.You take ownership of your role, but of course you are never alone. This is you?This description fits you perfectly: curious, proactive, future and result oriented, excellent communication and intercultural skills, autonomous, taking initiative, self-managing.You can speak to customers professionally on the phone and have the perseverance to always search (out-of-the-box) for the right solution.You have an interest in software applications and the hard part of HR. You have strong analytical skills.You are able to work with our Spanish customers, so you communicate very fluently in Spanish (native speaker).
