Your goal will be to consolidate Satorisan as a global brand, increase turnover, and enhance market presence season after season.
You will:Set and monitor sales budgets, reporting to the Head of Sales.Manage the sales team to ensure excellent business relationships with all partners.Develop and manage key accounts within your assigned markets.Oversee merchandising activities, including collection presentations and purchase planning based on feedback from partners.Develop and implement on-and-offline brand strategies in coordination with the branding team, utilizing budgets efficiently to maximize results.Seasonal market visits and tradeshow management.As the Ideal Candidate, You Should Have...Over 4 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion/footwear industry.A sales-oriented mindset with experience working in an international environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for innovation and change.Lifestyle and fashion trends awareness and a strong emphasis on building and enhancing brand image.Fluency in Spanish and English (Italian, French, and German is a plus).Proficiency in Excel.
