Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner responsible for managing and enhancing our WHMCS platform with a strong focus on consolidation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WHMCS, a solid understanding of hosting and billing automation, and a strategic mindset for unifying functionalities and legacy platforms. The role involves overseeing the integration of various WHMCS modules, streamlining operations, and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Main Responsibilities:Define high-level release plans and schedule major milestones.Analyze, document, and prioritize requirements based on input from stakeholders.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities.Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation to lead the development process.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in an international environment, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to inform future iterations.Monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, scaling, and automation.Provide training and support to internal teams on new functionalities.Requirements:Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the domains & hosting industry.Extensive experience with WHMCS and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.Ability to prioritize effectively.Continuous problem-solving ability.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Technical background is preferred.BS in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus.Previous experience in consolidating software platforms or managing complex integrations is a plus.Fluent English is required.
