Responsibilities:Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.Uncovering customer needs, developing and implementing plans to leverage opportunities based on a deep understanding of implanter priorities, research interests, and capacity opportunities, in line with Medtronic's strategic direction.Pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services.Conducting market research including customers and competitors' activities.Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical/Science background.At least 2 years of selling experience in the medical device industry.Experience with Spine surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, pain specialists, and general surgeons.Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace.Fluency in English.Understanding of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement).Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.Full clean driver license.
