As a Financial Assistant - Employee Expenses, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable department in the firm's Central Málaga office.
The RoleWorking as part of the Finance team from our offices in central Málaga you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling employee expenses plus making payments and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities:Reviewing employee expenses by verifying the information and ensuring compliance with the group employee expenses policy.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.Managing all employee queries regarding travel expenses.Cross-departmental projects.Collaborating in the audit process.Requirements:Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similar.User of Microsoft Excel.English (B2), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus.Desired skills:Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and highly reliable.Strong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-tasking.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.About UsEbury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
