Your responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards. Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure financial objectives are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors. Communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Implement risk response plans and maintain a proactive approach to risk management. Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations. Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality PV projects. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment, and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts as necessary. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports, and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations. Excellent communicator, negotiator, and good problem-solving skills. Business fluency in English and Spanish.
Any other European language is advantageous. Our workplace: In Madrid, our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
