Become a maker of possible with us.Essential Job Functions:In collaboration with DTO Intelligent Automation leadership and Key staff members, develop site-specific Intelligent Automation roadmaps inclusive of digital solutions, machine learning, and ability to leverage commonality of technical solutions across other sites.In collaboration with the DTO Intelligent Automation technical systems engineers, design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.Working closely with manufacturing site teams, conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate technological solutions.Complete process concept, project charters and business justification, Risk Analysis, feasibility / Proof of Concept, Automation FAT, SAT, and validation.Design and execute laboratory experiments, pilot-scale studies, and technology transfer activities.Manage external contractors and vendors for process development and technology transfer projects.Collaborate with the DTO team members and other required functions to develop and implement playbooks for implementation and replication of intelligent automation technology solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures when required.The position will maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Manufacturing / Operations, business units, Global Integrated Engineering, BD Excellence, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance, ensuring timely and transparent alignment of strategies and goals.Provide mentoring and building of engineering capabilities to support the continuous evolution of Intelligent automation technology through skills identification and assessment, capability building, and training of associates including engineering support organization, site operators, technicians, and engineers.Intelligent Automation solutions selected are expected to drive value through increased asset utilization, improving OEE, optimizing labor, improving quality, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
