Responsibilities Visit selected accounts to collect opportunities
Set the local strategy in accordance with group/Static Sealing Solutions strategy
Support local sales network to prepare offers for customers (either on the technical side, or commercial)
Prepare next year plan for Static Sealing Solutions, with support from all sales reps
Control Static Sealing Solutions figures development (if in line with plan); if below, define recovery actions in proper time
Accompany sales reps to customers' visits, when needed/possible
Support fulfillment activities when needed
Support on-site service activities (data collection-measurement, team coordination when needed, etc.)

Qualifications Technical knowledge / background
Willingness to travel throughout the Iberian Peninsula (50/50)
Intermediate-high level of English (Level B2/C1)
Residence in Madrid Region
Good relationships and integration skills
Teamwork and attitude
Flexibility and solution-oriented
Open-minded, creative
