Sales Customer Support Porto, Portugal WFH Salary Conditions: Base salary (gross):1100€/month x 14
Possibility of sales bonus up to 120e p/month
Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)
Health insurance Responsibilities: Inbound callsSell packages of the productCross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated productsCustomer support for post-booking and booking managementSupport travel agents with bookings and booking managementSupport customer with information about a range of questions like destination, documentations, prices etc.Profile: Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applicationsExcellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in EnglishLove to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customersGood and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for youCurious and persistent to solve issuesOrganised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situationsTraining Conditions Duration:30 calendar days
Monday to Sunday - Rotative shifts within the schedule below:
Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
Saturday and Sunday 08:00h - 17:00h
(occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
