Languages: Full professional level of English Location: Barcelona Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus Type: Permanent Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with other teams to refine the strategy in order to execute effective marketing campaigns, track prospects' behaviors and create compelling marketing materials.
Ensure that the marketing automation platform is delivering optimal results and coordinates with other platforms, such as CRM and CDP to create targeted prospect lists.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and other key performance indicators to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Core Skills/Experience: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Data Science or a similar field.
Solid knowledge of Marketing principles.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform data into customer-oriented communication.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different settings.
Positive and motivating attitude to set an example to the team.
