We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic People Partner Manager in Mainland Europe for maternity cover.
The main role of the People Partner Manager will be to drive the People agenda across all regions in Europe according to the company values and People processes, managing end-to-end workflows, as well as supporting leaders and employees during their journey at Sabio.

You will collaborate with the rest of the People team to deliver impactful HR solutions to address business challenges and make the experience for our employees brilliant.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and development.
- Issue offer letters and employment contracts across all our regions in Europe, always respecting our Sabio policies/benefits in each country.
- Manage HR database, ensuring data quality and accuracy while managing our HR tools.
- Formulate and implement HR policies & procedures.
- Work with management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Manage enquiries/complaints from internal staff and external business partners.
- Be a member of our Health & Safety Committee, complying with obligations in terms of occupational risk prevention for our employees and preparing necessary documentation for our clients.
- Conduct data collection and analysis (headcount, employment cost, absence, etc.).
- Collaborate with the global People team to deliver the best experience to employees while actively working on People's projects.
- Facilitate and participate in company events committee, such as Monthly Breakfast, Christmas Lunch, and employee of the month.
- Organize and be accountable for our English Lessons offered to our employees.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources/Business Administration/Law/Psychology or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR Ops (especially Employee Relations & legislation).
- Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing across cultures, functions, and different levels of the organization.
- High (C1) Level of English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to express clearly and effectively at all levels.
Able to train groups of leaders and have difficult conversations when necessary.
