This role is for an ambitious and motivated international talent that is up for an adventure.What you do :The Property Manager Specialist at weVLC is a critical position responsible for the effective management and operation of our real estate portfolios.This role involves being the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our properties.You will oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, lease management, and strategies to attract new residents. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks and relationships efficiently.- Select, interview, and onboard new tenants.
