This role is for an ambitious and motivated international talent that is up for an adventure.Role Overview As a Project Management Intern at weVLC, you will assist in managing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Your role will focus on selecting the right contractors, obtaining competitive quotations, optimizing project timelines, and preparing detailed reports for investors.
You will work closely with the Head of Real Estate to oversee the renovation process and provide strategic support in decision-making and project execution.What You Will Be Doing Renovation management: Assist in managing all aspects of renovation projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.Partner selection: Research and select the right contractors and service providers for each project, ensuring the best fit for quality and budget.Quotations and budgeting: Request and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and contribute to budget planning for each project.Timeline optimization: Collaborate with the partners to develop and implement strategies to optimize project timelines and meet deadlines.Investor reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports to investors, including project updates, financial summaries, and progress insights.Communication and coordination: Act as a point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.Quality assurance: Monitor on-site progress and ensure work adheres to the agreed standards and specifications.What you can expect: When you join weVLC, it's not just another job.
