Roles and Responsibilities will likely include: Providing personal care Administering medication Manual handling, using equipment where required Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full Companionship Light domestic work Going out into the community Your experience and suitability for the care assistant role Previous experience isn't always necessary.
