We are looking for an Event Organiser/Wedding Planner for a boutique hotel and event space, a leading choice for celebrations in Toledo.

WHAT WE OFFERPermanent contractWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMSalary: £18,000 - £23,000 gross per year, depending on experienceTraining provided by the company RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and lead wedding planning for international clientsMaintain regular communication with clients in EnglishAddress and coordinate specific client requests prior to arrival and during their stay at the hotelConduct property tours for clients and manage pre-wedding tastingsOversee the Event Day: ensure flawless execution, resolve last-minute issues, and guarantee a smooth event experienceCoordinate and supervise staff and suppliers during events to ensure smooth execution MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh level of EnglishReside in Toledo or nearby areasFlexibilityDriving licence and own car VALUABLE REQUIREMENTSCustomer-facing experience in sectors such as tourism, international customer service, or retail
