The Role: Our Global Digital Marketing team is currently seeking a new member to join us as the Website Product Owner .
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our network of websites.
As the Product Owner, your primary objective will be to translate our website strategy into a tangible roadmap for execution.
As the owner of this roadmap, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business needs and convert them into actionable requirements for implementation.
This will involve close collaboration with other delivery teams such as design, development and content teams.
You will serve as the interface between the Steering Committee, marketing leadership, and other relevant stakeholders.
Your role will entail removing any obstacles, seeking necessary approvals, and facilitating decision-making processes.
By taking on this important position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our websites and ensuring their alignment with our overall business objectives.
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and visionary Website Product Owner to our team The work you'll do: Own the website's roadmap and take charge of defining, prioritizing, and coordinating the execution of initiatives for the ecosystem of websites based on business priorities, strategic needs, and stakeholder requirements.
Gather business objectives and needs for the website from stakeholders across the organization (Marketing, product, corporate functions, etc.
), ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and content, to ensure the successful delivery of roadmap activities.
Serve as the interface with the Steering committee, providing regular updates on website performance and progress towards business objectives.
Define and implement governance measures for the website, including content creation workflows, intake processes, translations, and other necessary management processes.
Maintain regular and ongoing communications with marketing and other functions, sharing program status, key milestones, and relevant updates.
The qualifications you need: At least 5 years of experience in website program management, digital product owner or a related role.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
S. Project management certifications are a plus (PMP, Sixsigma, scrum, etc.)
Strong understanding of the digital landscape & technologies (CMS, analytics, marketing automation, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven product decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Familiar with project management tools (jira, Monday, etc.)
