.Job Title: Webinar Campaign ManagerType: Permanent contract (12+ months and then extendable)Location: Barcelona, Spain (Once a month in the office)Client: Direct clientWhat is the scope of this project?The Global Webinar Campaign Manager will manage the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and measurement of global campaigns aimed at driving attendance for marketing and medical webinars. He/she will turn the multichannel campaign and content as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by marketing stakeholders into a series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation toolset (Adobe Campaign). The Global Webinar Campaign Manager will also work with the team to design and develop campaign and content templates, as well as ensure adherence by marketing stakeholders to those predefined templates. In addition to programming workflows and deliveries, he/she will modify and maintain landing page templates using some HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.He/she will:Ensure that campaigns are built and measured according to global standards and predefined webinar-specific templates.Work with other project stakeholders to design and develop optimized approaches to campaign and content templates.Ensure that the Campaign Analysts and Data Stewards have access to the correct data for their reporting, analytics, and data management.Ensure that documentation provided by markets is according to standards.Ensure high end-to-end quality of campaigns, including measurement.Provide consultancy to internal clients on specific topics and provide feasibility of requests, while being flexible to finding good alternatives to propose.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or Bachelor's degree intechnical studies.Demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (ideally, 2-3 years of experience)—strong Adobe Campaign base is highly preferred.Adobe Campaign certification is highly desirable (Business Practitioner Certification is OK, Developer Certification is an added plus); experience with Unica is also a good alternative.Experience with coding in and learning programming languages - some experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required, as is openness to learn more.Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of web calls and interfaces is ideal.Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center set-ups, including process optimization.Past experience blending business/marketing topics and technical topics in order to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and de-escalating incidents that impact customers.Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing, including webinars, is a plus
