? Your role at Cheil: Web Publisher ? What we are looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and organized Web Publisher to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of e-commerce, web publishing, and content management.
In this role, you will be responsible for registering new products on our online store, creating and editing product and promotion pages, managing image galleries, and collaborating with both local and international teams to ensure successful product launches.
?Keys of responsibility: Product Management: Register and maintain new products on the e-store platform.
Create and optimize product pages, ensuring clear, accurate, and engaging content.
Develop and update promotional pages to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their products are effectively presented online.
Image Gallery Management: Manage product image galleries, ensuring high-quality images are properly uploaded and displayed on the site.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with international service providers and teams to coordinate product launches and updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely execution of product and promotion pages.
Product Launch Management: Oversee the execution of product launches from start to finish, including planning, content creation, and post-launch updates.
Travel Requirements: You may be required to travel abroad twice a year to participate in product launches and collaborate with international teams.
? Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
You will need to communicate with several teams from different countries.
Native Portuguese speaker (written and spoken).
Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and web publishing tools.
Proficient in content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and international teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar web publishing or e-commerce role is a plus.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00.
July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
