.Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Web Project Manager & Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Business objectivesLead the team to select and implement an empowered, services-led platform that enables local market teams to manage web-building activities autonomously.Establish a supportive, scalable web governance model that supports both global and local needs.Implement an effective and rapid migration plan to transition the existing web real estate to the new model.Communications and Change Management plan to inform, gain adoption, and educate the internal stakeholders and web project owners from all of the affiliates globally.ExpectationsThe Senior Project Manager will undertake a series of structured activities to achieve the objectives of the Web Forward initiative, collaborating closely with the Service Owner and Product Owner:Project Planning: Develop and execute a detailed plan covering the setup of the web services blueprint, platform deployment, and migration of 400 sites, coordinating across all stakeholders.Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring close collaboration with the Service Owner and Product Owner, and facilitate smooth coordination with external vendors.Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively and develop robust strategies to mitigate them.Communication: Keep all stakeholders well-informed with structured updates, respond promptly to feedback, and ensure transparency across the project's lifecycle.Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the project plan, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and costs are managed effectively.Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all project outputs meet BI's standards for quality and support the initiative's long-term objectives.Documentation Accountability: Ensure the quality and completion of all project documentation. The Project Manager will work with team members to build these documents but will be responsible for assuring they are fully completed and correctly archived.RequirementsMasters Degree in an area relevant to the project e.G. Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations or others.Minimum of five years of proven success in project management, preferably in a Big Pharma company and with digital/web projects.Experience with web projects from a technical and business analyst roles.Proven background in continuous improvement activities and business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma training/ certification is a plus).Solid management and organizational leadership skills.English - fluent in written, reading, speaking.Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines.Excellent oral and written communication, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
