Main responsibilities Define and implement the strategy for our in-house software development department and MarTech platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, education, and continuous improvement. Utilize your technical background and expertise in headless CMS, particularly MagnoliaCMS, to guide the development of well-crafted, sustainable software solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative web applications and marketing websites. Use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that enhance our digital platforms and improve user experience. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital platforms. About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience in software development, with a strong technical background, preferably as a developer. Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, including developers and DevOps engineers. Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably with MagnoliaCMS. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions. Proficiency in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks). Strong understanding of CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI / CD, Git, automations). Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
