Responsibilities Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events
Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates while fostering relationships within the talent community
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture
Providing a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Staying informed about industry trends and contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies
Requirements Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
