Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Requirements:Required languages: French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1).
No Spanish required.Required experience: Experience in customer service.Other requirements: Residence in Madrid. What do we offer you?Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.Full time 39 hours/week.Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.Modality of work: On-site.Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.Salary of 1538€ gross per month.
