(We213) Workday Integration Lead

Job Summary
Provide functional and technical expertise and support day-to-day operations to ensure that company information systems and infrastructure are defined, developed, and maintained effectively, meeting organizational objectives. Demonstrate broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and defining new opportunities. Recommend, prepare, and execute implementation plans for upgrades, redesigns, and other short-term projects.
Key Accountabilities

Good command of both oral and written local language and English is required.
Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
University Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related Engineering field.
5-7 years of experience in integration projects (ERP/HCM).
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Highly self-motivated and well-organized.
Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
High security focus.
Ability to understand and build new integrations in Workday.
Ability to gather and document technical requirements.
Superior communication skills, both written and spoken.
Provide support and assist the implementation team in quick resolution of issues.
Influence customer behavior towards best practice solutions.
Workday Specific Knowledge:

Proficient in Workday Studio.
Report building.
Integration build and maintenance using PECI, PICOF, APIs, and other integration mechanisms.
RaaS.
Integration experience with SNOW, AD, O365.
