Your missionWe are looking for a Head of Information Security to lead our Cyber and Engineering Security team and be responsible for overseeing the security of our products and services.
You will also lead the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of security solutions, as well as managing security incidents and vulnerabilities.
As a Head of Information Security, you will have strong technical skills and experience in Cyber and/or Engineering security, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
You will be able to mentor and coach your team members, foster a culture of trust and collaboration and interact with other teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll doManage hiring, retention and career development of the Cyber and Engineering Security team ensuring a consistently high-performing well-balanced talent pool is maintained.
This includes managing performance, setting goals, and providing career development opportunities.Define and execute the company security strategy and roadmap.
This includes managing scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring alignment to business priorities and technology strategy.Provide technical guidance and direction to product delivery teams on security architecture, development, and deployment of secure solutions to both on-premise and cloud-based platforms.Lead the implementation of security best practices, guidelines and configuration as part of the migration of enterprise and platform tooling from on-premise to cloud service providers.Establish and enforce security standards, policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.Lead the implementation and facilitation of a security training and awareness programme for all company employees.
