As one of our receptionists, you'll help deliver it by providing sparkling service, going the extra mile, and making sure everyone who visits us feels totally at home.
A typical day at Spaces
You arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to ensure everything is ready to go.
You make it your responsibility to order the first cappuccino of the day at the bar and check the business club to ensure all lights are turned on and the place looks tidy.
As members start to arrive, you assist with requests such as providing the updated WiFi code.
You also check meeting room agendas to direct guests to the correct rooms and ensure catering needs, like coffee, are met.
Throughout the morning, you handle mail deliveries and inform members when their important letters arrive.
After a busy morning, you take a break for lunch with your colleagues.
Post-lunch, you collaborate with the Community Manager on organizing the upcoming summer event and coordinate acts of kindness for members celebrating significant life events.
You also assist guests with membership sign-ups and badge arrangements.
At the end of the day, you ensure the space is tidy and invite guests to join for drinks or recommend nearby restaurants before heading home.
