The Role You'll work to resolve any problems or security issues for our customers. You will perform remote troubleshooting and problem-solving on Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android devices. You will give security and performance diagnosis and implement improvements for the customer. You'll ensure customers receive the best service and you will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. You will take part in ongoing training to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date for new IoT devices and other IT products. Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Enthusiastic and friendly. High school diploma or equivalent.
