Visa is seeking an experienced and credible HR Business Partner that will operate as a strategic and trusted thought partner to the Southern Europe (SE) Leadership team and colleagues. Based in Madrid, this role has accountability for our rapidly growing team across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Cyprus & Malta.
You will have a commercially focused mindset and translate key business needs (in a high growth environment) to People strategy and activity. This individual will work closely with centres of expertise across HR for successful planning and delivery of HR programs and critical activities needed for the countries. We will need you to think "client first" and bring a deep understanding of people strategy and practices. Our environment is high growth and at times complex, so we need someone who thrives in that environment and can prioritise accordingly. We have a high motivated and successful team, and we need an HR leader to help deliver continued growth and performance, whilst enjoying the journey to get there!
What we expect of you, day to day. Act as a strategic partner to members of the SE Leadership team to understand the strategy of the function and enable this through design of people strategy, programs, and processes.Collaborate with CoEs and the wider Europe HR team to design and deliver the implementation of both HR and business programmes and initiatives in areas such as Leadership, L&D, Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Reward.Contribute to the human resources organisation and client groups by developing and executing best practices promoting employee engagement and enabling a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company's strategic growth. Qualifications
- Relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner or CoE leader with a large, global, and matrixed organisation. Experience of working across some/all these countries highly desirable.
