You will be responsible for planning the people in the lines, interacting with production leaders and temporary agencies.

Plan the workforce needed for the production.Act as a project manager for a new project in order to automatize the planning.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Relevant work experience in people planning, material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, purchasing, and/or forecasting.Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), analytical & problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.More about this rolePeople Planner role within a manufacturing environment and within a production planning team.Responsible for planning the personal resources in the correct positions.Review the production planning and adapt this plan to the workforce staffing requirements.Experience dealing with stakeholders in a manufacturing environment is needed.Point of contact between temporary agencies (ETT).Education / CertificationsEngineer or Business Administration degree.English fluent.SAP.Excel advanced level.Experience as a production planner or people planner.The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
