About the role
Reporting directly into the Sales Director Southern & Central Europe, the National Account Manager will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of strategic growth accounts and play a key role in the delivery of our EUM and Brand strategy through Foodservice Chains across Iberia.
The role will involve managing existing global foodservice customers but also targeting and winning business with new customers in the channel.

The delivery of account specific growth plans, budget development, forecasting, trade marketing in conjunction with Brand team and liaison with EUM and financial teams responsible for budget delivery.Managing relationships within key functions within the customer's organisation (i.e.
RD&A/NPD, Sourcing, Category, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain).Supporting and leading selected tenders & innovation projects pertaining to core business supply into a Global Foodservice chain.Working hand in hand with the Regional Customer Lead on strategic account planning, budget planning and the delivery of our customer growth plan.Identifying, building, and executing a plan to win new business with a target list of chains across Iberia.Qualifications and skills
Working knowledge of the Foodservice Market, preferably with previous experience supporting or managing customers in this channel.
A beverage/culinary background would be ideal, but not essential, although an interest in food & beverage is essential.
Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) & other Kerry systems.
English and Spanish fluency is mandatory.
Exceptional project management skills with a focus on seamless execution through teamwork.
Ability to work effectively to deadlines and ability to adapt when challenges arise.
Strong commercial acumen, good analytical skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
Skilled at building and managing multiple relationships, internally and with the customer.
