The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of the project, adhering to the highest quality standards and complying with local regulations and codes. The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, with a focus on managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are secured according to Spanish regulations. Manage project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of each phase of the construction process.Budget Management:Prepare and monitor the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial goals are met. Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to identify and mitigate potential budget overruns. Approve and track invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, contractors, clients, and external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and reporting on project progress, changes, and any challenges that arise. Provide regular updates to senior management and investors on project status and key developments.Construction Oversight:Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out to agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met. Identify and resolve issues or delays quickly to keep the project on track. Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and project expectations.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure that the project complies with all relevant local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Spain. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Manage construction insurance and ensure all necessary coverage is in place.Quality Control:Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations. Perform post-completion inspections and coordinate handover procedures.
