Purpose of the role: As a member of the Acquisition sales team at Teleperformance, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for our client. You will be responsible for building your client portfolio. This is an outbound sales role, where you will be expected to consistently exceed your quarterly sales targets through high volume outbound cold calling.
Responsibilities: Work exclusively on cold outbound lead sources.Have full control and full accountability of your pipeline.Work closely with the lead generation team.Acquire new customers by qualified leads, closing deals at the appropriate budget agreed upon.Embody a solution selling approach where you must understand the customers' requirements and objectives, and match the client Ads solutions and marketing strategies.Work with small to medium-sized businesses with annual revenue up to 50M/year.Assess your clients' needs and design a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Native level of Russian.Must speak C1 level of English.6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales environment.A team player with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.Desire to work on a competitive, target-driven new business sales team.Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.Strong written and oral business communication skills.Prior sales experience with a proven track record, ideally in an outbound cold calling environment is a plus.High-energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive go-getter attitude.Maintains the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.Benefits: Excellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements, and personal development.International business casual environment.Full-time role.Relocation Package (flight, PCR test, and economic support for accommodation).Long Term Contract.Competitive salary.Referral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (600 - 1,000 depending on the language/project).Competitive Benefits package!
