As a Water Monitoring Operative, you will be part of a 4 person team, charged with undertaking a programme of monthly water and plastic sampling and system monitoring activities across the New Build and Refurbished Estate. This means that you will be working at Aldershot, TidNBul, Larkhill and Warminster Garrisons.
Other responsibilities of this role include the collection of waterand plastic samples from specified outlets, collection of additional monitoring data including temperature and pressure and collection of samples for external analysis.
Therefore, working knowledge of 'field based' water screening (e.g., pH, Cl etc) and experience within FM Maintenance sector and delivering a schedule of planned, recurring activities to prescribed deadlinesis required to be successful in this role. As well as experience of working on a MOD or military estate or within the water hygiene industry.
In addition, you should be a pro-active communicator with good interpersonal skills and a strong, professional work ethos.We're looking for people who are able to finish what they start, pay attention to detail and work well with others.

You must have a fully valid UK driving licence and entry level Health and Safety Awareness e.g., CSCS Operative/IOSH Working Safely. You may also have an NVQ 2 in Plumbing and EDCL (or equivalent) Computer Qualification, which will be desirable but not so essential.
Salary: up to£30,400 per annum depending on experience Location: Tidworth
