And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.This role is available in Madrid or Zaragoza.Key job responsibilitiesManage design consultants, contractual drafting, develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules.Manage remote 3rd project delivery teams from design through to construction, and facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues and remove barriers to project success.Multitask and re-prioritize effectively based on changing business needs.Build and maintain overall delivery program and project budget, submitting Capital Allocation Requests to Senior leadership to secure finance for project delivery.Prepare investment need/business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects.A day in the lifeLiaison with a wide range of regulators and external stakeholders (Water utilities, environmental agencies, health department, construction contractors, etc.).Leverage project management tools and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.Regularly report to senior leadership on status of key project metrics vs. commitment of your projects.Ensure construction standards are followed and national construction regulations are complied with.Create detailed planning packs to build scalable and future-proof water infrastructure.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering/Economics/Business
