The WIM drive the development, implementation and construction of new water infrastructure including management of design consultants, contractual drafting, develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules.The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in delivery of water infrastructure projects and program management, plus experience managing complex and large-scale water projects.A Bachelor's degree or significant water industry infrastructure delivery experience is required and demonstrated ability to lead others in a technical environment. Successfully delivering aggressive project deliverables while effectively multiple competing and across multiple regions against conflicting priorities is essential. Other requirements include proficiency with MS Office and Project Management Methodologies.Candidate must be comfortable managing remote 3rd project delivery teams from design through to construction, and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues, and remove barriers to project success. The candidate can multitask and re-prioritize and effectively lead deliveries based on ever changing business needs.
