About the roleThe Warranty Claim Specialist is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class and high efficiency warranty operation.Responsibilities:To conduct timely warranty report verification and warranty reimbursement according to warranty operation management policy.Warranty information collection and data analysis with report.Warranty operation inquiry and policy explanation with service partners.Abnormal warranty inspection and conduct regular warranty audit, continuously improve warranty business.Warranty parts management, audit of the warranty parts discards as useless.Assist to special event follow up, material verification, warranty report verification and other related process.Organize and carry out onsite training for warranty business and training in accordance with relevant stakeholders.Other work assigned from line manager.Your profile:Bachelor's degree or higher.OEM experience is a must.Very good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English language.
