Our head office is located in Bemmel (Netherlands), and we have operational offices in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain. For our new location in Barcelona (Spain), we are looking for a Team Leader to join our warehouse team.
About the JobThe Warehouse Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily work for the warehouse team, including picking, receiving, and checking of the equipment. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures and company policies, and take responsibility for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.
What we are looking forProven experience in supervising and motivating a team;Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment and/or interest in workflow optimization would be advantageous;Organized and flexible individual who has a collaborative approach to working with others;High proficiency in Spanish. English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
