Warehouse Team Leader

Job Description: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, shipping, and receiving. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and fulfillment rates. Qualifications: Knowledgeable in warehouse operations (receiving, issuance, inventory keeping). Knowledgeable in safekeeping and product preservation. Keen on implementation of ABC classification of material. Knowledgeable in SAP system and material handling equipment operation. Graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years exposure to warehouse operations in a 24/7 manufacturing setup. Job Type: Full-time
